At its meeting on October 14, 2026, the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) started its review of the comments submitted on Draft #2 of the Plan of Conservation & Development (POCD) including, but not limited to, the Board of Selectmen’s comments. The PZC will continue reviewing comments at its next meeting on October 27 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 206 of Town Hall. It is likely that the PZC’s review process could continue at its meeting on November 10, with the possibility of a vote on adoption at that time.
